Vajradhara

Vajradhara, the Dorje Chang statue, is hand-carved by Nepali artist in the art city of Patan. It is copper statue oxidized with semi precious stones installed. He is the primordial buddha who embodies the historical Buddha’s attainment of enlightenment. Vajradhara, a divine incarnation of all Buddhist teachings, is shown with a vajra and a bell representing energy and emptiness.
